VC LIVE | Menuhin Competition Richmond 2021 Presents: VC Rising Stars Chloe Chua & Christian Li

The recital, with pianists Lim Yan and Laurence Matheson, features works by Ysaÿe, Chausson, Gershwin, Grieg, Sarasate, and more

We’re coming to you from the Menuhin Competition Richmond 2021 for a special recital with 2018 Menuhin Competition Junior joint-1st prize winners, VC Rising Stars Chloe Chua and Christian Li.

A student of Yin Ke at the Singapore Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts School Of Young Talents, Chloe is a former major prize winner at the Zhuhai International Mozart Violin Competition and the Andrea Postacchini International Violin Competition for Young Musicians.

A student of Robin Wilson at the Australian National Academy of Music, Christian is a former recipient of the Keshet Eilon International String Mastercourse Nora Goodridge Scholarship. He currently performs on a 1733 Dom Nicolo Amati violin — on generous loan from Reuning & Sons Violins Boston.
